Swing Rite Golf School is situated here in the heart of Kent at West Malling Golf Club between Sevenoaks and Maidstone. Whether you are a novice, looking to take up this wonderful game, or an experienced golfer seeking to perfect your skill there really is no better place to receive your golf lessons in Kent.
Our lessons are conducted on the 12 bay covered driving range, located conveniently within West Malling Golf Club’s 36 hole golf complex. Our lessons are given in a very relaxed, fun but informative atmosphere, with an emphasis on our mantra, “golf made easy”. Duncan Lambert
Duncan has been a PGA Professional for over 25 years and in 1996 was appointed the Head Professional at West Malling Golf Club. In 2010 Duncan earned the coveted PGA Director of Golf qualification. This provided Duncan with even greater skills to manage, market and continually drive the service within the professional shop at West Malling forwards.

Although Duncan is no longer taking on teaching responsibilities he can be seen behind a pile of paperwork or on the shop floor where he feels at his best, engaging with customers and staff alike.
Ashley Roberts
Ashley has established himself over his 20+ years at West Malling as a teaching Professional who is renowned for taking an inexperienced golfer and coaching them to play golf at more than a very competent level, and nowhere is this more evident than with the number of lady and gent golfers who come to Ashley for tuition. Coaching with the new Hudl sharing app software that allows every lesson to be documented and shared with you has proved a great success for all standards of golfer Ashley teaches and has only helped to enhance his reputation with the single figure players.
Ashley has also managed the ladies retail section at Duncan Lambert Golf since 2000 establishing himself as an expert buyer in the ladies golf market.
Michael Townsend
Michael has over 30 years experience in the golf industry, qualifying as a PGA professional in 1995 gaining vast experience as a teaching professional to golfers of all levels. His 19 years at Duncan Lambert Golf have seen him become a leading figure in the custom fitting of golf clubs, where he can combine his exhaustive knowledge of golf equipment, with the computerised fitting profile of the golf manufactures and his vast expertise of the golf swing .
Callaway Golf have recognised Michaels expertise in this field by awarding him The Callaway 2015 Gold Award for custom fitting. Michael is one of the leading rifle marksmen in the country, so beware!
Tom Probin
Tom started his role as assistant professional in December 2018 and is now a full P.G.A Professional. He had been an amateur member at West Malling for a number of years before heading off to America and the US College programme to further improve his understanding of golf, the business as well as playing.
Tom has a very good knowledge of the golf swing from his degree and his playing background. He’s a very laid back individual and therefore makes even the most nervous golfer very comfortable in no time at all.
